Frisco Square is separated into 4 different districts, each of which is distinguished by a major but nonspecific use: Commercial, Central, Residential, and Highway.
It is made up of the blocks and streets that encircle Main Street. The business district’s office and retail buildings are all four-story constructions with primarily office space on the upper floors and restaurants and shops on the streets. Numerous buildings in the Commercial District will first be used for residential purposes before being converted to office space. At Olympus Boulevards, The Plaza, and The Civic at Frisco Square Apartments, you may find office space that meets your company’s needs or high-quality housing. The Commercial District is centered on the municipal square. The civic square, which serves as a formal town park as well as a venue for community events, is centered by City Hall and serves as a focal point for the master design as a whole.
The Central District’s upper stories are largely geared for the usage of apartments and condominiums. The lower levels will be used for residential and community service retail.
This neighborhood is made up of single-family homes that are surrounded by a number of tiny squares and parks. The Residential District’s streets are divided by these spaces to create beautiful vistas and to slow traffic.
It is located adjacent to the Dallas North Tollway and features convenient shopping. The highway district is intended to serve as a transition zone between the conventional highway development along the Dallas North Tollway and the more pedestrian-friendly heart of Frisco’s downtown, Frisco Square.
